a quote....

I just found this quote from Zach Aboard (a wonderful blog from a family with two children, living on a boat, absolutely fabulous to read) and I don't know why but it resonated with me, so I'm reposting it for you....

Wow, it's been some time.....how are you?

Summer is almost over, can you believe it?  It's gone by so fast this year!!  And now school is right around the corner!  What's this?  Can I hear parents sighing in relief, Venti coffee mugs held high, skipping, nay, frolicking down the street, singing songs of joy, It's the most wonderful time of the year?  I love the start of school.....

My apologies to all my parents whom also happen to be teachers.  Bless you for all you do.

September 4th is officially the 1st day of daycare!  I can't wait to seeing each and every one of you, I've missed you all over the holidays, and I am especially looking forward to meeting new friends starting very soon! It's going to be a great year!!

And, me hearties, remember that Sept 19th be our most beloved of all holidays, aye, that's right, the day when swashes are buckled, livers are lillied, planks are walked and cutlasses are polished!  It be Talk Like A Pirate Day !!!!!!  As usual at Puddles and Mud Childcare, TLAPD is a week long affair for us!
